Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Graduation within the past two years or upcoming graduation before program start.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning and executing customer visits, tours, leadership events, intern experiences, and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate logistics including schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting spaces.
• Support tour-day operations and event execution.
• Represent the organization professionally to visitors and stakeholders.
• Develop project management skills through planning and materials creation.
• Learn sales, marketing, agronomy, operations, and customer engagement across teams.
