Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations.
• Experience in program management or event planning is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internship program events, communications, and participant engagement.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting operations.
• Support offer generation, onboarding activities, and hiring administration.
• Assist with campus recruiting events, career fairs, and student engagement initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting data, trackers, and reporting for operational excellence.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver positive candidate and intern experiences.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
