New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking a Recruiting Programs & Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end execution of Early Career Recruiting and Summer Internship Programs.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interns, and students to create a seamless and engaging experience. The role involves coordinating internship events, scheduling interviews, assisting with offers and onboarding, and maintaining data to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, program management, event planning, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for creating great experiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies preferred.

As a Recruiting Programs & Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the end-to-end execution of our Early Career Recruiting and Summer Internship Programs, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, interns, and students to create a seamless and engaging experience.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $41,000-$58,500

Overtime eligible: Nonexempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
