Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health in Seattle, part of Transformations Care Network, invites licensed and eligible therapists to join a collaborative team. You will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and support clients toward resilience while pursuing licensure.

You’ll work with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and administrative staff in a supportive environment that values growth, supervision, and ethical patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensure eligibility or pursuing licensure as applicable.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality in client care.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with clients and families.
• Proven ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.
