Lightheart Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks an Associate Mental Health Therapist to provide outpatient therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role supports licensure goals, offers supervision, and emphasizes growth in a supportive environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop safety and wellness plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinicians.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or in progress for licensure
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Ethical practice and-maintenance of confidentiality
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff
