Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Licensed/eligible for professional licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance forms accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and therapists to deliver holistic care.
