New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks Mental Health Therapists to empower diverse clients and support licensure progress in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will provide evidence-based outpatient therapy, develop safety and wellness plans, and participate in team case conferences. The role emphasizes ethical practice, timely documentation, and coordination with physicians and other clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
