Job summary

Lightheart Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists in Seattle to provide outpatient therapy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A strong emphasis is placed on culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and personalized treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current and active professional license in Washington State or eligible for licensure by hire.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in mental health and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
