As a Therapist on our team, you will deliver outpatient individual and family therapy, participate in case consultations, develop crisis and wellness plans, and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Actively participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and insurance forms.
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other team members.
