Job summary

Triveni IT seeks an EARB Lead to govern enterprise architecture and ensure technology initiatives align with standards, security, and roadmaps. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, cybersecurity, and technology leaders to evaluate solutions, identify risks, and drive architecture decisions.

You will lead governance processes, document assessments, and guide project teams through design and implementation, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, IT governance, or technology design.
• Experience facilitating architecture review boards or enterprise architecture governance processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, reference architectures, and technology standards.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, application architecture, data platforms, integration technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience evaluating complex technology solutions and communicating architectural risks and trade-offs.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, documentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to align business and technical teams around consistent architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead EARB meetings and review proposed technology solutions and architecture designs.
• Evaluate submissions against enterprise standards, reference architectures, technology roadmaps, and business objectives.
• Review designs across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, integration, and cybersecurity.
• Identify architectural risks, technology gaps, dependencies, redundancies, and standardization opportunities.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve design issues and recommend solutions.
• Assess alignment with cybersecurity, regulatory, data governance, and technology requirements.
• Establish and maintain review processes, governance frameworks, architecture standards, and documentation.
• Document assessments, recommendations, decisions, exceptions, and remediation actions.
• Guide project teams throughout solution design and implementation.
• Report review outcomes, compliance status, risks, and outstanding decisions to senior technology and executive stakeholders.
