Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with Enterprise Architecture leadership in a large, multi-BU enterprise.
• Track record in application rationalization with portfolio reduction.
• Deep experience with ERP/CRM consolidation at scale (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Fluent across cloud (Azure/AWS), integration, and data architecture.
• Experience building and leading distributed EA teams across time zones.
• Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and present architectural trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the architectural North Star and own Arrow’s enterprise-wide reference architecture.
• Operate a hub-and-spoke EA model with cross-functional domain architects.
• Lead application rationalization to reduce the app portfolio by 15–20%.
• Drive ERP/CRM modernization and consolidate platforms.
• Chair the Architecture Review Board and ensure coherence of investments.
• Publish capability maps and roadmaps for leadership decision-making.
• Build and grow the EA practice with strong artifacts and patterns.
• Quantify architectural impact for ITFM reporting.
