Job summary

Trinseo LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Architecture to define and advance the company-wide technology vision and roadmaps. You will lead architecture governance, establish standards, and partner with IT leaders to drive digital transformation and scalable, secure solutions.

You'll oversee SAP platforms, analytics, data strategy, and enterprise integrations, while building a high-performing team of architects and evaluating emerging technologies such as AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology leadership, architecture, and application strategy.
• Experience leading SAP ecosystems and enterprise technology roadmaps.
• Ability to govern large-scale transformation programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Architecture governance, principles, standards, and reference architectures.
• Define future-state roadmaps aligned with business strategy and digital priorities.
• Partner with CIO and IT leadership to execute enterprise technology strategy and investments.
• Oversee SAP platforms, analytics, data, and integration initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of architects and technologists.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, for business value.
