Job summary

MedRisk is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to lead our enterprise architecture practice and shape technology strategy at the highest level. The role combines deep technical fluency with executive influence, advising senior leadership on multi-year plans and investment decisions.

You will chair governance bodies, mentor a diverse set of architects, and ensure architectures scale, are secure, and cost-efficient across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software/tech roles, including 7+ years in enterprise architecture.
• TOGAF framework mastery; TOGAF certification or equivalent required.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence at board level.
• Experience guiding multi-year technology strategy and adoption in large organizations.
• Cloud experience with Azure or multi-cloud governance and cost management.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and Snowflake a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve 3–5 year enterprise architecture vision and translate into multi-year roadmaps.
• Chair enterprise architecture governance and establish standards, patterns, and decision rights.
• Advise senior leadership on technology strategy, investments, and architectural risk.
• Mentor and grow Enterprise, Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Security Architects.
• Lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and major partnerships; manage cross-domain conflicts.
