ECCO Select is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead in Houston to drive governance and ensure technology initiatives align with standards and business goals. You will lead cross‑functional reviews with architects, cybersecurity experts, and stakeholders to validate solutions and maintain architectural integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise architecture leadership or governance.
• Experience with architecture governance processes and decision logs.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of security, data governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the Enterprise Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and governance activities.
• Evaluate architecture submissions for alignment with standards, roadmaps, and objectives.
• Oversee reviews across cloud, infrastructure, application, data, integration, and cybersecurity domains.
• Identify risks, gaps, dependencies, redundancies, and opportunities for standardization.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects, engineering, and business stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Ensure proposals comply with cybersecurity requirements, regulatory constraints, and data governance standards.
• Maintain architecture review processes, logs, and formal documentation.
• Provide guidance to project teams through the solution design and implementation lifecycle.
• Track outcomes, remediation actions, and approvals to drive continual improvement and compliance.
• Communicate recommendations and risks to senior IT leadership and executives.
• Document and report ARB activities and architecture decisions.

TOGAF certification

EA frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman)
