Trinseo is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Technology Architecture to define the enterprise technology vision, architecture roadmap, and application strategy across critical platforms. You will partner with business and IT leadership to drive digital transformation, modernization, and growth.

This role leads enterprise architecture, SAP platforms, integrations, analytics, and data platforms; chairs the Enterprise Architecture Board; and sets governance, standards, and reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business admin, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive enterprise technology leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise architecture or application strategy.
• Experience with SAP ecosystems and large-scale integrations.

Responsabilités

• Lead Enterprise Architecture function and long-term technology vision.
• Define governance, standards, reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Drive modernization, reduce technical debt and portfolio rationalization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies: AI, automation, analytics.
• Provide architectural leadership for SAP, analytics, and integration.
• Mentor architects and partner with CIO and IT leadership.
