Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architecture leader to drive North American architectural capabilities, governance, and strategy across global platforms. You will oversee design authorities, ADRs, and Build vs.

Buy decisions while coordinating with VP-level stakeholders. The role requires deep expertise in modern integration patterns, cloud-native environments, and emerging AI architectures, with a tactical focus on alignment and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred in CS/IT or Business Administration or equivalent professional experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, authorize, and institutionalize NA architectural capabilities.
• Lead technical strategies across network, cloud, integration frameworks, and applications to reduce debt.
• Preside over TDA/DRB to evaluate designs, risk trade-offs, and ADRs.
• Champion Build vs. Buy analyses and vendor RFPs for emerging tech.
• Act as proxy for VP of Digital Products in executive forums to align business and tech.
• Scale Solution Architecture org and define career pathways.
• Ensure security, compliance, and alignment of high-level designs and data models.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to align business priorities with architecture plans.
