Rowan is seeking a Store Manager to oversee our Broadway Plaza studio in Walnut Creek, CA. You will lead a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and brand standards.

The role focuses on driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering a memorable ear piercing experience. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and a passion for customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
