Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years clinical experience.
• 3+ years presentation experience (virtual).
• 3-5 years writing and clinical content development.
• WebEx Training and/or Events administration skills.
• Excellent Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program.
• Support development and customization of program communications and awareness campaigns.
• Assist with training consultation and coordinating scheduling, registration, and webinars.
• Coordinate training materials and communication content.
• Provide consultation on program awareness, utilization and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with benefits and communications teams for planning and outreach.
• Serve as a centralized point of contact for training and communication requests.
