Arora Engineers, Inc. seeks an Asset Management Practice Lead to own the Enterprise Asset Management practice within the Enterprise Solutions Group. You will guide technical strategy, lead a team, and partner with marketing and sales to grow opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15 years of experience in utilizing Asset Management software with at least 5 of those involving direct oversight leading teams.
• In possession of appropriate paperwork to gain and maintain employment in the US.
• Ability to meet worksite security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for Asset Management and guidance to the EDI team as Practice SME.
• Mentor and develop staff to maintain motivation and productivity.
• Create and sustain high morale among employees.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with PMs and other leads to properly staff projects for success.
• Establish QA/QC standards and oversee reviews at milestones.
• Lead Salesforce pipeline management and development of fee/scope proposals.
• Contribute to marketing and EAM branding; lead EAM business plan.
• Manage client relationships and business development activities.
• Assist with recruiting and staffing staff.
• Ensure accountability to SVP and manage staff utilization.
• Travel to project and client sites as needed.
