Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an SAP EAM Technical Lead to design and implement enterprise asset management solutions. You will drive architecture, oversee technical teams, and ensure robust data governance across PM, CS, and IS-U integration.

The role requires deep SAP EAM, EPPM, and S/4HANA expertise, with experience in GIS integration and utility asset lifecycles. Hybrid work with travel to Newark, DE is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 7+ years SAP EAM/PM/CS with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP/ Scrum/ Agile certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM, PM, CS and S/4HANA.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Newark, DE and reside in eligible states.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions.
• Develop roadmaps and architectures for SAP EAM initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
• Resolve complex production issues and review release notes.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for EAM implementations.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Integrate EAM with LAM, GIS, and SAP IS-U for utilities.
