Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an E2E Service Architect to design, govern, and optimize the end‑to‑end service architecture for a large-scale satellite-based broadband network. You will shape the operating model across NOC, SOC, Service Desk, and OSS, coordinating multi‑vendor systems while ensuring sovereignty, security, and performance requirements are met.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, AI/ML driven automation strategies, and strict governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in E2E service architecture, network operations, or strategic architect roles.
• Design and implement OSS/BSS for complex telecom environments (NOC, SOC, Service Desk).
• Proven ServiceNow experience in Telecoms Service Management & Operations Management.
• Understanding of satellite and NTN operations.
• Experience with AIOps concepts and integrating OSS via TMF Open APIs.
• Familiarity with GDPR, NIS2 and multi-vendor SIAM environments.
• Experience with topology modeling, graph databases, and data aggregation/cleanup.
