H-E-B is seeking an energetic eStore Curbie to retrieve eCommerce orders from put-away locations and transport them to customers’ vehicles. You will coordinate with customers to confirm order details and ensure accurate loading.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a flexible schedule to meet store needs. This is a fast-paced, in-store position with safety and sanitation expectations.

Responsibilities

• Uses a digital tool to retrieve and review customer orders
• Communicates order changes / adjustments to customer

• Audits orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following
• Packages / transports/ loads groceries / merchandise from holding areas to customer’s vehicle
• Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
• Achieves productivity standards
