Responsibilities

• Resolve chats and emails from customers within time/quality parameters.
• Assist Management in supervising Customer Service Center representatives.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide effective customer resolutions.
• Coach and train personnel and coordinate with area staff and management.
• Open, close, and maintain customer accounts and related products as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products (Internet Banking, Bill Pay, Transfers, E-Statements, Debit Cards, Loans, etc.).
• Respond to inquiries, read data, and secure answers for customers.
