Job summary

Beal Bank USA is hiring for Internet Client Services Specialists to deliver frontline service to consumer and business customers in an online environment. You will ensure compliance with bank policies through effective communication and strong knowledge of operations, while supporting leadership in daily activities.

This on-site role at our Plano, TX headquarters involves handling transactions, account servicing, and collaboration across teams to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or technical training desired.
• Good working knowledge of retail banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in 10 key, Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
• Ability to organize a project, follow up, track and report resolutions.
• Strong listening, verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and address customer needs, escalating issues as needed.
• Process a variety of customer transactions accurately per bank policies.
• Greet customers warmly and develop professional relationships.
• Conduct teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals and monetary instruments.
• Open/process incoming mail, logs, audits and control checks.
• Monitor daily exception files for ACH and inclearing; perform item processing.
• Escalate issues requiring management review; assist branches as needed.
• Image documents and perform quality control checks; ensure confidentiality.
• Participate in CRA activities and support security procedures.
