Job summary

Coast360 Federal Credit Union is seeking an eService Specialist to process ACH origination and wire transactions, monitor fraud, and train eServices officers. The role includes assisting with card embossing, remote deposit capture, OFAC alerts, and reconciliation tasks within a credit union environment.

The candidate will support daily operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness of electronic transactions, and participate in audits and cross-selling of services.

Qualifications

• GED or higher required; 3+ years in electronic services.
• Experience with ACH, wire processing, card services, and fraud monitoring in a full-service financial institution.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH originations and ACH incoming items.
• Process all incoming/outgoing wires (domestic and international).
• Daily review of fraud alerts and member contact.
• Train eServices Officers in electronic banking operations.
• Assist in card embossing and monitor inventory with the card vendor.
• Support remote deposit capture and FRB uploads.
• Review OFAC alerts and handle notice of reclamations.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Support audits and related duties as assigned.
