Coast360 Federal Credit Union is seeking an eService Specialist to process ACH origination and wire transactions, monitor fraud, and train eServices officers. The role includes assisting with card embossing, remote deposit capture, OFAC alerts, and reconciliation tasks within a credit union environment.
The candidate will support daily operations, ensure accuracy and timeliness of electronic transactions, and participate in audits and cross-selling of services.

SUMMARY:
Under the guidance of the Support Services Manager, is responsible for the processing of sensitive and high risk electronic transactions such as Automatic Clearing House (ACH) Origination and Incoming, Wire Transfers (domestic and international): incoming & outgoing, fraud monitoring, assist and oversee card embossing and training of eServices officers.
Assists the eService Supervisor and/or Support Services Manager with the review of check scanning, in clearing share draft items and remote deposit capture. Provide input in developing team goals, provide feedback on employee performance, prepare reports and assist with audits.
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all electronic transactions including:
May serve as a Team Leader and assist in supervising employees in eServices, in the absence of the eServices Supervisor and/or Support Services Manager. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the credit union’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; providing feedback and input for performance reviews; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The eService Specialist is also expected to be familiar with the regular tasks and functions of the eService officer and will be expected to assist with those as necessary. Ability to work interdependently with staff of the organization while at the same time conducting verification of work practices and procedures. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulation regarding electronic services. Utilizes interpersonal skills effectively in a team environment. Displays leadership ability plus a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) is required; plus three or more years related experience in electronic services (ACH, wire processing, card services, fraud monitoring, etc.) in a full service financial institution; or any equivalent combination of formal training and/or experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities thereof.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with members and employees. Communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid Driver’s License and AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification.
