Job summary

State Employees Credit Union in New Mexico is seeking an E-Services Specialist I to oversee electronic delivery services including debit/credit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and bill payment. The role emphasizes migrating manual transactions to electronic channels and ensuring accurate processing of reports and settlements.

You will provide member and staff support, handle fraud reviews, manage card maintenance tasks, and assist with disputes, deposits, and mobile deposit

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1–2 years banking/financial operations experience.
• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide E-Services assistance to members and staff.
• Review debit/credit card reports for fraud and disputes.
• Process maintenance for debit cards (new cards, limit increases, status changes).
• Process ATM/debit card instant issue requests.
• Support bill pay and Pop Money.
• Troubleshoot and escalate E-Services issues including Card Valet, MobilePay, and Mobiliti.
