You will respond to department emails and phone inquiries, maintain security compliance, and assist with Verifications of Deposit. The role emphasizes accuracy and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process bank-by-mail transactions accurately within service levels.
• Manage returned mail and update member information.
• Complete work across queues using core systems and third-party platforms.
• Provide high-quality member support via emails and phone inquiries.
• Process insurance documentation and route to vendors.
• Handle Verifications of Deposit/Assets per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Process collateral removal requests outside the U.S. per procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to security and regulatory training.
