Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking an E-Sales Agent at 162 - Town and Country Ford in Charlotte. You will generate sales appointments, respond to internet inquiries, and manage CRM data to drive online sales of new and pre-owned vehicles.

This is a full-time position with weekend availability and strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. Compensation ranges from USD 48,000 to USD 60,000 yearly, with OTE of USD 50,000–60,000+.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong MS Office Suite proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM promptly and accurately.
• Generate sales appointments and follow up with customers.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experience.
• Use lead management tools to track customer interest and activity.
• Prepare reports and documentation in a timely manner.
