AXIS Capital is seeking an E&S Property Team Leader to oversee the North America Claims team, delivering high-quality property claims management, guidance, and strategic leadership.

You will lead the team, mentor staff, and deploy data-driven reporting to improve service levels and cost efficiency while collaborating with brokers and insureds to ensure consistent client engagement across the region.

Competenze

• Experience leading E&S Property claims teams in North America.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to develop processes and improve cost efficiency.

Mansioni

• Direct supervision and management of commercial property claims, including investigation, analysis and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Head of E&S Property Claims on disputes, litigation, and arbitration when applicable.
• Provide guidance, mentoring and development for the claims team and staff.
