AXIS Capital is seeking an E&S Property Team Leader to join our North America Claims organization, leading a team responsible for serious and complex commercial property claims. The role reports to the Head of E&S Property Claims and emphasizes data-driven decision making, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver superior service.

The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence, mentor staff, and build a strong talent pipeline while working within AXIS’ hybrid

Formación

• 3-5 years of claims leadership experience in North America
• Strong leadership, organizational, and management skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across levels
• Analytical and data proficiency to drive results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision and management of complex property claims
• Lead, mentor and develop a claims team for best-in-class service
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and management leaders
• Provide data-driven reporting and trend analysis on claims
• Support policy construction, reporting, and risk assessment requests
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Recruit, hire and develop talent and succession plans
