Qualifications

• 8+ years in a leadership role within industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience identifying and implementing maintenance-related solutions.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience with electrical disciplines in pulp mill equipment and controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety champion and pursue zero SIFs.
• Lead and develop people within the team and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with capability teams to enhance maintenance and production efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Partner with Learning and Development for maintenance staff training.
