Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is seeking a maintenance-focused electrical engineer to manage daily and weekly work schedules, ensuring safe and efficient operations at our chemical plant in the United States. You will partner with maintenance and reliability teams on multi-craft issues and lead capex projects within the Maintenance Work Process.

You will be responsible for ensuring E&I documentation accuracy, updating electrical one-lines, and leading Electrical Safety initiatives, while contributing

Qualifications

5 years' of chemical plant experience required.
Two-year technical degree preferred.
SAP Super User.
Microsoft Office proficiency required.
Knowledge of E&I, NEC, Refrigeration.
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure jobs are performed correctly, safely, and efficiently.
Partner with maintenance & reliability personnel on multi-craft issues.
Lead smaller Capex projects within Maintenance Work Process.
Ensure E&I documentation is correct. Modify electrical one-lines and Electrical Classification Plot Plans when required.
Personnel development planning.
Leader for Electrical Safety within the plants
