Lanxess Corporation in El Dorado, AR is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Leader to manage schedules, partner with maintenance and reliability teams, and lead capex projects. The role ensures E&I documentation accuracy and electrical safety leadership across the plant.

The position emphasizes technical knowledge in E&I, NEC, and refrigeration, with a focus on developing personnel and driving safety standards within operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' of chemical plant experience required.
• Two-year technical degree preferred.
• SAP Super User.
• Microsoft Office (Excel) proficiency required.
• Knowledge of E&I, NEC, Refrigeration.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily and weekly work schedules to ensure jobs are preformed correctly, safely, and efficiently.
• Partner with maintenance & reliability personnel on multi-craft issues.
• Lead smaller Capex projects within Maintenance Work Process.
• Ensure E&I documentation is correct. Modify electrical one-lines and Electrical Classification Plot Plans when required.
• Personnel development planning.
• Leader for Electrical Safety within the plants
