Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor, E-Fulfillment to oversee merchandise processing within the Fulfillment Network. You will manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments and drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and aligning with partners to meet service and cost goals, while maintaining inventory integrity and high engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with department supervisors.
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity.
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service.
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals.
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards.
• Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices.
• Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision.
• Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers.
• Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback.
