Job summary

Kohls is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead store operations and supervise associates, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient processes. You will train, coach and develop team members while managing daily tasks and executing store standards.

You will handle onboarding, inventory accuracy, floor replenishment, loss prevention coordination, and KPI-driven decision making to drive store results. This role requires integrity, strong communication and flexibility in scheduling, including

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates including coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with integrity, coaching and directing associates.
• Ensure execution of operational processes and best practices across the store.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Partner with merchandising on product placement and brand standards.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Open and close store processes and act as a trusted key holder when assigned.
