Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center to oversee daily merchandise processing within the Fulfillment Network and align with partners to maintain service levels.

The role requires leading multiple departments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and controlling staffing, safety, and productivity metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in warehouse environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of automated distribution systems and WMS/WCS/LMS.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
• Willing to cross-train in at least two departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow of several departments with department supervisors.
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards for inventory.
• Align with partners to resolve issues and ensure service.
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet goals.
• Manage staff to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Monitor safety and incident reports to reduce losses.
• Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals.
• Communicate vision and engage associates.
• Maintain open communication and clear objectives.
• Coach staff and provide performance feedback.
• Follow all safety policies and company guidelines.
• Maintain attendance and dress code; work flexible shifts.
