Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor, E-Fulfillment to oversee merchandise processing within the Fulfillment Network. You will manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments and drive accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and aligning with partners to meet service and cost goals, while maintaining inventory integrity and high engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations.

About The Role

Shifts Available

Monday-Thursday Day Shift (6am-5pm)
Monday-Thursday Night Shift (5pm-4am)
Friday-Sunday Night Shift (5pm-4:30am)

About The Role

• Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies
• Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results
• Experience interpreting and managing data
• 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc)
• 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience
• MBA or equivalent experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community
