Kohl’s in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, E-Fulfillment to support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
• Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results.
• Experience interpreting and managing data.
• 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc)
• 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
• Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
• Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl’s policies and practices
• Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
• Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
• Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback
