Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center to oversee merchandise processing and daily operations within the Fulfillment Network. You will manage multi-department workflow, coach staff, and drive safety and productivity goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams in a distribution warehouse, working knowledge of automated systems, and a Bachelor’s or higher degree. This role requires flexible hours and strong collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors.
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity.
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service.
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals.
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals.
• Monitor safety and accident incident reports to reduce lost time and ensure performance best practices.
• Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards.
• Lead direct reports to achieve unit goals.
• Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision.
• Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers.
• Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback.
• Follow all safety rules and comply with policies, including accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain regular attendance and dress code compliance.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and overtime as required.
