Job summary

TransPerfect TLS seeks a Project Coordinator to anchor the Project Management team, coordinating with Digital Forensics, Data Processing and Hosting Support to ensure smooth project flow. You will monitor communications, manage real-time requests, and support the transition toward project management roles with a thorough training program.

You will collaborate across departments, maintain timelines, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced legal discovery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Comfortable with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Willing to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle high volumes of emails and meet deadlines.
• Experience or interest in the legal field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer communications and manage requests in real-time.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve conflicts.
• Help the team meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Learn and grow into Project Manager through structured training.
• Collaborate with team in-person, via messaging, video-conferencing and email.
• Ensure quality assurance and address issues before they reach the customer.
