Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Project Coordinator for its TLS E-Discovery Project Management team in Tempe, AZ. You will anchor the PM group, monitor client communications, and coordinate with Digital Forensics, Data Processing, Hosting Support, and others to keep projects on track.

You will graduate from an entry PM program and advance into larger project responsibilities. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, problem solving, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Customer service and teamwork experience preferred.
• Comfort with learning new technology platforms and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work overtime including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer communications and coordinate with internal departments in real-time.
• Help ensure deadlines are tracked and communicated to customers.
• Participate in learning programs and apply new skills on the job.
• Collaborate with team using messaging, email, and video to support project goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accurate work products before delivery.
