Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate receiving, warehousing, and shipping in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise warehouse staff, manage workflow timing, and ensure loads are accurate and timely.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to train staff on procedures to maximize productivity, accuracy, and safety. Experience in warehouse or logistics and Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Strong writing skills; able to write reports and correspondences.
• Strong reading skills; able to read shipping documents and reports.
• Strong oral communication skills; able to present to groups.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Strong math skills; able to calculate percentages, volume, time.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborates with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and guides warehouse leads and employees.
• Coordinates and manages work flow for assigned employees.
• Utilizes mainframe systems, database applications, spreadsheets to set plans for staffing and workflow timing.
• Ensures loads are completed and loaded accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensures that organizational labor efficiency goals are met and maintained.
• Facilitate training to ensure staff understand and utilize procedures for productivity and safety.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies, procedures and practices.
• Work with DC leadership and management to resolve employee relations issues.
• Works on special projects as instructed by the DC leadership and Associate Manager.
