• 3+ years of relevant Web content management and design experiences in Adobe Target/Sitecore Personalize/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing optimization of Huntington.com and related digital experiences through a structured CRO program.
• Identify customer experience opportunities using analytics and feedback.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target, Sitecore Personalize, and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into measurable testing hypotheses and optimization initiatives.
• Use analytics to identify friction points and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Work with UX, marketing, content, product, and development teams to scale winning experiences.
• Develop and publish landing pages and content to support testing and acquisition.
• Support digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop new experiences and layouts using HTML/CSS to support experimentation.
• Schedule and send emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ensure proper tagging and measurement frameworks for accurate reporting.
• Advocate for optimization, CX, experimentation, and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with brand, accessibility, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage multiple testing and marketing initiatives in an agile environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
