Description Summary: The eCommerce Strategy Manager is responsible for driving measurable improvements in website performance, customer acquisition, and digital conversion through a data-driven optimization program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing optimization of Huntington.com and related digital experiences through a structured Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program.
- Identify customer experience opportunities using web analytics, behavioral data, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain a testing roadmap focused on increasing acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target/Sitecore Personalize and other optimization tools.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into measurable testing hypotheses and optimization initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and other measurement tools to identify friction points, drop-off opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with UX, marketing, content, product, and development teams to implement and scale winning experiences.
- Develop, create, and publish website content and landing pages using Sitecore to support testing and acquisition initiatives.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Email, Social, Display, Affiliate, Direct Mail, and other acquisition channels.
- Develop new experiences and page layouts using HTML/CSS to support experimentation and optimization efforts.
- Develop, schedule, and send emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and measurement frameworks are implemented to support accurate test reporting and business insights.
- Act as an internal advocate for optimization, customer experience, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Ensure all website and email experiences comply with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage and prioritize multiple testing, optimization, and digital marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Successfully collaborate within an agile, cross-functional environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant Web content management and design experiences in Adobe Target/Sitecore Personalize/Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar applications.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and managing enterprise-level Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation programs.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including A/B testing, multivariate testing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience developing testing strategies, roadmaps, hypotheses, and optimization frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to turn web analytics and customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of customer journey analysis, funnel optimization, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics and digital measurement frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Target, experimentation platforms, and website personalization.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, customer acquisition, and digital marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of content management systems (Sitecore / Sitecore XM / SitecoreAI).
- Strong understanding of website accessibility and digital best practices.
- Strong understanding of website tagging and analytics implementation.
- Experience presenting optimization results, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Basic understanding and experience working in an agile environment.
