Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Marketing Technology & Enablement Manager to join our Digital Marketing team, driving optimization for Huntington.com and enterprise email programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to execute data-driven campaigns that engage customers and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, marketing technology, website management, email marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience with CMS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore, or similar enterprise marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Sitecore to maintain, optimize, and publish content across Huntington.com for Lending and Deposit products and services.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with Marketing Campaign Managers to execute digital campaigns across web and email channels.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing platforms and best practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met.
• Ensure web and email experiences align with brand standards, accessibility, and digital guidelines.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and customer insights.
• Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, automation, and deployment of email campaigns.
• Monitor deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Leverage web analytics to identify opportunities for site optimization and conversion.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
