Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, website management, email marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience with CMS platforms and enterprise marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and publish content on Huntington.com using Sitecore.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize email marketing programs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers to execute digital campaigns across web and email.
• Serve as SME for digital marketing platforms, capabilities, and best practices.
• Ensure marketing activities meet regulatory and governance requirements.
• Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, automation, and deployment of email campaigns.
• Ensure deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Leverage web analytics to identify site optimization opportunities.
• Document processes and best practices for enablement and excellence.
