Job summary

TikTok is offering a US internship in the Shop team to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce strategy and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive upcoming initiatives and learn how to scale a growing commerce platform.

Participants will work on real projects, develop professional skills, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on discovery and a joyful shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing).
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
• Strong logical thinking, business analysis ability, and systematic/critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with global e-commerce strategies and support leaders to prioritize tasks.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy with goals and budgets.
• Analyze data to assess merchandise and seller growth and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute strategy.
• Support design and implementation of business operation systems and processes.
