Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a responsible leader to manage the store's e-Commerce department, drive sales targets, and coach staff in order fulfillment, customer service, and safety procedures.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with laws and company guidelines while delivering exceptional online shopping experiences at our Fond Du Lac location.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and strong organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product flow and order fulfillment.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Monitor inventory, substitutions, and best practices for out-of-stock scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws and food safety procedures.
