Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Cartersville, GA, is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Order Processor to manage customer orders from start to finish. You will review, print, and follow through on orders, input them into our accounting system, and prepare shipments while handling customer inquiries by phone and email.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required; NetSuite experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; NetSuite experience is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and self-manage while describing products accurately.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, print and follow through on customer orders from start to finish.
• Input orders from the online store into the accounting system.
• Review orders for accuracy, avoiding address, payment or product errors.
• Prepare all orders for shipment and answer customer service inquiries by phone or email.
